I understand and agree that I have been offered employment by Simon, and my employment and continued employment is contingent upon my successful completion of all phases of the hiring process including, but not limited to, the following: post-offer physical, post-offer drug screening, background check, MVR check, and orientation/training.
If the results of any of these post-offer screens or processes disqualify me from employment, I understand that my employment will be terminated immediately, with no rights or benefits accruing on my behalf. I affirm that the information provided by me in my application and interview(s) is truthful, and I understand that if it is found I have falsified any of this information, my employment will be terminated immediately.
Should I successfully complete all post-offer and pre-employment requirements, I acknowledge and understand that I will always be employed on an “at-will” basis. The information in this document is not intended to constitute a contract of employment, either express or implied. This document also does not guarantee permanent employment. Employment with Simon is AT-WILL; both I and Simon retain the right to end the working relationship with or without advance notice, for any reason.
Simon adheres to all local, state and federal laws and regulations regarding post-offer screening, and I understand and acknowledge that I will be afforded any rights due to me under these laws and regulations.
