You all play a crucial role in the success of our performance management process by providing employees with meaningful performance feedback, setting clear expectations, and developing individual/team goals that support Simon’s strategy and success. A key step in ensuring we take a structured and meaningful approach to providing performance feedback and maintaining accountability for individual performance is facilitated through the annual Performance Review Campaign.
The 2024 Performance Review Campaign was launched on October 15 for all employees.
