Referral Bonuses:
Love working here, and know someone who would be a positive addition to our team? Spread the word – we are always looking for talented employees! Current employees are eligible to receive a referral “bonus” of up to $1,000* for each qualified referral. The first half of the referral bonus ($500) is paid after the referral’s start date, and the second half ($500) is paid after the referral completes 90 days of employment! (Eligibility is Subject to program requirements – contact HR for more information).
Have someone in mind? Utilize our SMS text system to refer a candidate now! Simply text ‘refer’ to 307.317.0321 and answer a few short questions to submit the referral’s information. A member of the HR team will reach out to the candidate to discuss available opportunities and the application process.
